DAY 01: HUARAZ ARRIVAL – CITY TOUR & MONTERREY HOT SPRINGS
Morning: Assistance at the bus terminal and transfer to your chosen hotel.
10:30 AM: Start of the city and surroundings tour. You will visit the Regional Museum (*optional), the Temple of Señor de la Soledad, historic José Olaya Street, the trout farm, the city viewpoint, and the Monterrey hot springs.
2:00 PM: Approximate return time.

DAY 02: HUARAZ – CALLEJÓN DE HUAYLAS + LLANGANUCO LAGOON
Breakfast at the hotel.
9:00 AM: Tour begins towards the Callejón de Huaylas. You will admire the charming town of Carhuaz and taste natural fruit ice cream. Next, you will visit the Yungay Memorial Site (Campo Santo) and learn about the 1970 earthquake. You will enter Huascarán National Park and take a boat ride on Llanganuco Lagoon. After enjoying lunch (*not included), you will visit the town of Taricá, known for local Huaraz handicrafts.
7:00 PM: Return to the city of Huaraz.

DAY 03: HUARAZ – ROCOTUYOC LAGOON (Difficulty: Moderate)
Breakfast at the hotel.
8:30 AM: We head north from Huaraz to the district of Marcará, where we take an eastward turn. Passing through the rural community of Vicos, we enter the Huascarán National Park area. We continue through the Paqcharuri Ravine—with its vast forest of plants—until we reach Rocutuyoc Lagoon (4,550 m), which awaits us with its brilliant blue waters. We will take a hike of approximately one hour to reach the glacier tongue or the frozen lagoon. You will also enjoy beautiful views of the snow-capped peaks of Paccharaju, Bayoraju, Copa, and Akilpo. Afterward, you will visit the Paqchruri waterfall and rock art sites. Lunch is not included (restaurant stop).
17:00 Return to the city of Huaraz.
DAY 04: HUARAZ – PASTORURI GLACIER
Breakfast.
09:00 Start of the tour toward the Callejón de Huaylas. Stops include Patococha Lagoon—where you can observe the majestic Andean duck—the Pumapampa naturally carbonated spring, and the multicolored waters of Pumashimi. You will also visit stands of *Puya raimondii* (a prime example of high-Andean flora) and rock art sites. Finally, you will arrive at the Pastoruri Glacier for an approximately one-hour hike along the "Climate Change Route." Restaurant stop.
17:30 Return to Huaraz.
Transfer to the bus station at the appropriate time.
