Molveno is a town with just over 1,000 inhabitants and is located 40 kilometers from Trento, on the shores of the enchanting lake of the same name, surrounded by the Brenta Dolomites, in the Adamello-Brenta Natural Park. In 2024, Lake Molveno won the award for the most beautiful lake in Italy for the tenth time from Legambiente and Touring Club Italiano, while the town is an Orange Flag.

If you love sports and fun, Molveno is for you: in the summer you can choose between windsurfing on the lake, a game of tennis, a boat or pedal boat trip, a paragliding flight, a canoe trip, a stand-up paddle course, a swim in the Olympic pool or a walk along the shores of the lake. If you love trekking and mountain biking, you can follow the Dolomiti di Brenta Trek and Dolomiti di Brenta Bike routes, which will take you to the heart of the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO heritage site. And again, if you love spending your days at high altitude, from the village the brand new cable car will take you comfortably to the Pradel Plateau, where you can find the adventure trails of the Forest Park, which children will love.

If instead you prefer a little more relaxation, in addition to enjoying the quiet of the large beach on the lake shore, all year round you can take short walks to the mountain huts or refuges and then enjoy Trentino specialties with a view of the Brenta Dolomites, which at dawn and sunset are tinged with pink.
